Ive worked part time during my racing as a guide for Stuart Hall Cycling. Involved in working as part of a close team of people ensuring the best possible experience for the customer. Good leadership is vital in this role to keep everyone in your group safe on the road and provide a good example of team work to ensure no matter the ability of your group, everyone comes back to the hotel satisfied and happy with their day out.
