ABOUT MELANIE FITZ
Start-ups have always inspired me. People believing in an idea, having a vision and working together towards that. So in 2020 I decided to join start-ups, learn from them but also bring my own ideas to the table. One of the start-ups I worked for, exited to Meta and I have learned so much from those two years, building the people & recruiting processes and scaling the company from 18 to 50 people.Since the exit and a transition project at Meta, I joined three other startups as the first people person, building up processes and structures in HR and recruiting and I can tell you, it never gets boring!I looking forward to use that knowledge in my next adventures and build on that skillset.
