   I began with CVS as a Store Manager Trainee and was promoted to Store Manager within five months, participating in the Emerging Leaders Program and attending Compliance Department Manager Training at the company headquarters. Overseeing all operations, I supervise customer service, pharmacy, merchandising, front store, inventory, staffing, and loss prevention. In the absence of a District Manager, I provide store visits to other locations, setting objectives and accountabilities and have provided suggestions for improvement.Evaluating existing practices for customer service, inventory, sales, and scheduling, I implement improved policies and procedures to increase operational efficiency, achieving a 20% increase in customer service scores with an “excellent” rating (100%) in both service and front-store procedures.
