In collaboration with the Executive Director and Board of Directors, I develop and implement strategies to enhance financial sustainability and operational efficiency. I lead donor engagement initiatives, including campaigns and outreach programs, while fostering strong relationships with donors, community members, and stakeholders to advance organizational goals. Additionally, I spearhead the transition of financial, donor, and center-wide records to cloud-based systems, improving accessibility, security, and operational transparency.
