About Fisnik Shpuza
Fusing technology and science to enhance human experience.I lead innovation at the World Bank Group, where frontier technology meets development impact at global scale. My mandate: transform how a 180-country institution discovers, builds, and ships technology solutions that reach the people who need them most. Before the World Bank Group, I led enterprise AI adoption at AARP; building and deploying AI, automation, and agentic systems across an organization serving more than 30 million members. That work taught me something I carry everywhere: technology only matters when it changes how people live and work. Not in theory. In production. At scale.I founded https://zerapy.ai to explore the intersection of AI and human wellbeing, and https://kongenlabs.life to push the boundaries of what emerging technology can do when applied to the systems that shape everyday life. Both reflect the same conviction: build for humans first, then let the technology follow.Across 20+ years of enterprise transformation, the pattern holds: the organizations that win are the ones that see the gap, ship the fix, and measure the result. Not the ones that study the gap, present findings, and wait for consensus. I operate at the speed of decision. I build teams that do the same.My work spans AI and agentic systems, autonomous decision architectures, quantum computing, blockchain, spatial intelligence, and the emerging physics of how humans and machines collaborate. I bridge executive leadership and engineering teams, enterprise IT and business units, research labs and production systems. That bridge is where value gets created; and where most organizations lose momentum.I believe the next decade belongs to organizations that treat AI as a teammate, not a tool. That build production-grade solutions with built-in measurement. That ship products and announce updates — not hand off prototypes and hope. The institutions that learn to see patterns and ship fixes at speed will define what responsible, human-centered technology looks like at scale.I build those institutions. If you work at the intersection of technology, development, and organizational change, or if you are building something that matters, I am interested in the conversation.Views expressed are my own.
