I’m a highly motivated problem solver who enjoys learning new things, and tackling new problems. I grew up in the midwest (Iowa) before joining the Marine Corps where I served four years – 2004) achieving the rank of Sergeant. Over the past few years, I\'ve worked at several major corporations where I\'ve led increasingly complex long-term projects which resulted in large cost savings and revenue generating solutions. I was a catalyst for change on these projects and was recognized several times for my efforts. I’m a highly technical individual who has served in a leadership compacity to break down organizational silos and build platform solutions. I received a degree in computer science from San Diego State University (SDSU) and my masters degree from the University of California San Diego (UCSD).
