I am a founder and operator with 20+ years of insurance leadership experience, building businesses from the ground up and scaling partnerships across carriers, agencies, and platforms.As Co-Founder and Head of Insurance & Partner for Wanderwell, a Certified B Corp travel insurance company, I led strategy, product development, and national distribution - embedding insurance into booking platforms, event experiences, and advisor networks. Prior to Wanderwell, I launched and grew EMF Insurance Agency, specializing in employee benefits and international health coverage, which I later sold the book of business to OneDigital Health & Benefits.My career has been defined by building ecosystems and creating leverage: securing carrier appointments, developing affiliate and distribution networks, and structuring scalable partnerships that grow revenue and deepen trust. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution - operating with entrepreneurial drive, while forging relationships that unlock growth.I believe insurance is at an inflection point. The next wave belongs to operators who can bridge industry grounding with modern, tech-enabled models. That’s the work I’m most energized by: designing partnerships, scaling new distribution channels, and helping reimagine how agencies, carriers, and customers interact with risk.I am a believer in the potential for business to drive social and environmental impact, and a firm advocate for an economy prioritizing People, Planet, Purpose, and Profit. My engagement and activation with Certified B Corps, Benefit Corporations, 1% for the Planet, the Transformational Travel Council, Adventure Travel Conservation Fund, and Tourism Cares provide the framework for this commitment.
