ABOUT ANDREA FISCHER
I graduated with a Bachelors in Design Management in 2011, and a Masters in Service Design at the Royal College of Art in London (20••••16). I am extremely interested in the role of the designer, and how we will have to change our practices to think about the products and services we design considering the end of life of products from the very beginning of the design process. Before that I have done service design projects spanning across different industries, from improving recycling rates for Camden Council, designing a new delivery service for Jaguar Landrover to researching possibilities for patient defined outcomes framework at Virgin Care rethinking and redesigning the role of the auditing profession at the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW).I am deeply interested in innovation and how to create excellent and meaningful products and services for and with consumers (HCD), giving them not only what they want, but also what they didn\'t know they wanted (until that moment at least).Having lived in Costa Rica, France, Italy, UK, Switzerland and Germany so far has enriched me as a person and has allowed me to grow and understand what it means working with people from totally different cultures and values than mine. Languages are also a big passion and I am fluent in Spanish, German and English, and I possess professional working proficiency in French and Italian.
