Develop company\'s Pharmaceutical Department. Conduct CMC activities for the company\'s early stage clinical candidates. Manage technology transfer to appropriate CMOs. Initiate, execute and oversee drug substance (DS), and drug product (DP) manufacturing campaigns with CMOs and supply DP to clinical sites. Write relevant section of regulatory fillings (IND, NDA, etc.). Work with cross functional teams and contribute to overall goals, and study designs. Ensure project goals and deadlines are met and results are delivered with high quality in a time sensitive manner.
