ABOUT FIRMIN CELESTIN KOKORA

In the world through which I travel I am endlessly creating myself. Home is what i’m comfortable with… it’s where i can go back to and always feel safe, always feel right. But every new place i travel to opens my eyes up to something different, a wonderful world and each day i lived is another 24 hours to grow, to learn, and conquer. Some are hard, some are easy, but all days present me with time to use up in whatever way I please. As i travel from one to the next, this is when i create. New ideals, new goals, new perspectives, new paths… i travel through the world to create the best versions of me Cele Bration ®™! In me i Trust! I‘m not here to make noise, I’m here to make a difference. My current responsibilities as Retail Field Trainer is to identifies, to coordinate, and to deliver the training needs according to the standard in the retails or shops needs and ensures that all gaps in knowledge, skills, and competency have been filled out completely to ensure that the training is compliant with the practical techniques that need to be used on field. I provide also post training support and reinforce tools that will enhance the performance of the team members/ employees. I uses various techniques to motivate the crew level of performance on the field. I act also as a Brand ambassador on the road and i help, support and spread the Energy, Spirit & Culture everywhere.
