During the past 7+ years, my main focus has been tied to Private Wealth Management Recruitment where I have worked with many reputable RIA\'s, private banks, and multi-family offices across the US and helped these firms secure crucial hires ranging from C-Suite Executives, SVP/VP/MD Level Advisors, Trust & Estate Professionals, and Private Bankers. I also ran a multi-hire campaign for a National PWM firm that resulted in placing 30 Senior Wealth Advisors across the US, which was incredibly rewarding and reminded me how important building relationships is in this industry. This career path has been nothing short of fulfilling because it gave me the opportunity to make a positive and long-term impact on both an applicant and firm level, which is the best part about being a talent partner. Throughout my time at Phaidon International, I became a market specialist in the Private Wealth Management space, received recognitions across Business Insider & CNBC, generated over $2.3 million in revenue for the business, and led our Wealth Management/Private Banking Recruitment efforts which resulted in many placements and gave me the opportunity to successfully scale up a team of PWM recruiters! I am currently a Vice President, Talent Acquisition Partner at Bernstein, Private Wealth Management focused on hiring senior-level (VP+) wealth advisors for several office locations - some areas we already have a presence in, others will be new territories for us!
