I currently head up the global Analyst Relations function at AMS, working across the global business with overall responsibility for all analyst relationships including participating in several high level annual RFI\'s for RPO and MSP/CWS. I am also responsible for the dissemination of relevant market insight and research in the talent space. Within this role, I have gained extensive knowledge of the wider talent industry including RPO, MSP and Advisory. I have also established a programme of monthly analyst immersion sessions allowing the analyst ecosystem to come together to further deepen its understanding and knowledge of AMS’ wider business offerings including our strong tech capabilities across all regions and industry sectors.
