Responsibility for resource allocation across 7 regions and 160 colleagues and delivery of resourcing efficiencies. Provided strategic input into the effective operation of end-to-end GTM/Order-to-Cash processes. Developed a location/shared services strategy for Order Operations and execute against that strategy. Developed a consistent scope framework and language for Order Operations across Sage in partnership with other Sage stakeholders. Harmonise Order Operations scope accordingly across EMEA. Design and deliver a programme of continuous operational and process improvement across all EMEAOrder Operations teams, linking to the Finance Automation programme and the ‘GMO’ system migration programme. Build strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success/Support and Finance Operations teams, supporting them on improving end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and outcomes.
