I\'m Chief of Staff to the Senior Partner and CEO of professional services firm Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE).Deloitte NSE is the second largest firm in the Deloitte network, with professionals and partners across 30 countries in EMEA. Since 2019, I\'ve played a pivotal role in driving the CEO\'s strategic agenda, serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and to the wider NSE\'s Executive leadership. In addition to managing highly critical and sensitive projects, I also lead the development and delivery of Deloitte NSE’s approach to senior executive leadership development and succession management.Prior to my Chief of Staff role, I was a key member of the transaction team behind the merger of several Member Firms in the Deloitte network, the founding blocks of the creation of what is Deloitte NSE today. In my free time I love to travel and am a keen photographer.
