As a drama teacher for Ology Kids Casting my main responsibilities are to fill children with confidence and encourage them to use their natural abilities in succeeding in both modelling and TV castings. I concentrate on encouraging the children, script reading technique, improvisational skills and making each child stand out from another in order to get noticed. We currently have children appearing in ITV\'s \"Emmerdale\", ITV\'s \"SafeHouse\", CBBC \"The 4 O\'clock Club\", BBC\'s \"In The Club\" and modelling for \"Sainsburys\", Nutmeg at Morrisons, Tesco F&F, as well as appearing in various television commercials such as Paypal, The Entertainer.
