Developing strategic, forward-looking policy recommendations to enhance programme effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with public sector objectives.Carrying out quantitative (survey, raw data analysis, data visualization) and qualitative (interviews, desk research) evaluation methodologies.Co-authoring evaluation reports, including interim and final deliverables.Creating management presentations for project milestones, including kick-off sessions, interim reviews, and final reporting meetings.Maintaining close stakeholder communication and relationship management with representatives from federal ministries and public bodies throughout project lifecycles.Focus areas include social policy, environmental policy, digital transformation, and economic development programmes.Preparing meeting protocols for internal and client-facing use.Project example: Contributed to the evaluation report of the “Germany Talks About 5G” initiative, that informed federal strategy on public communication and digital policy.
