As a member of the UK People & Culture Leadership Team, I am responsible for the strategy and delivery of our UK employee experience efforts, including gathering feedback via multiple channels, identifying improvement opportunities, collaborating to deliver solutions, and helping make sure all colleagues feel valued and engaged. In addition to my core role, I support succession planning, social value, psychometric assessments, and youth outreach - including being an active STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) Ambassador and mentor.
