ABOUT FIONA HUMPHRIES

Fiona Humphries is a highly qualified and proficient portfolio, programme and project manager, with over thirty years’ experience in the IT, financial, retail, public and private sector. Fiona has a reputation as an highly effective change agent, combining her strategic understanding of organisations, leadership and high performing cultures with a comprehensive technical and commercial skills set that makes her a truly effective project manager, business partner, and consultant.Fiona has a unique combination of specialist IT and project management skills – gained from working with Global IT and services market leaders in a variety of roles – augmented with both academic and practical leadership and people skills. Her solid management know-how, pragmatic but commercially astute real world approach, and her ability to see creative solutions to the most intractable problems have enabled her to successfully tackle technical, financial and resource challenges across different industries. Fiona is particularly passionate about working with people at all levels of the organisation to drive change and transformation not just from the top down but from the bottom up. Fiona holds a PhD in Psychology, is a PMP and PRINCE2 qualified project manager, a certified and experienced coach and holds a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
