ABOUT FIONA BYRNE

Currently, Manager, Candidate Marketing, North America at Accenture I am involved in the development of advertising, social media and brand strategies to showcase the work of this exciting, innovative and collaborative company. The opportunity to assist Canada\'s Corporate Citizenship team to highlight their incredible work was a highlight of my career. Prior to Accenture, I managed Recruitment Marketing Strategies for Scotiabank, developing strategies and building a new brand to attract and engage top candidates to this established brand. Prior to that, I was Account Director at TMP Worldwide, working with world class companies to develop their branding and EVP’s to attract best in class talent. By applying a broad knowledge of marketing, matched with innovative strategies to attract both new job seekers and experienced candidates, I helped my clients take a unique approach to their recruitment efforts to differentiate themselves from the competition. Rounding out my extensive marketing, branding and corporate citizenship expertise I have been able to flex my creative side writing, editing and coordinating company videos and photo shoots that focus on attracting and celebrating clients, community partners, candidates and create pride and internal employee engagement.
