Working primarily with our key account holders, my role is to help our customers build their business whilst also ensuring that the high quality and standards that they have come to expect are delivered. Customer retention is my focus as maintaining and building relationships is one of my favourite parts of the job, and when you are engaged in the role it becomes much more enjoyable which in turn comes across to clients.
