We have built a solid track record of delivering benefit driven capabilities across a diverse range of sectors.My responsibilities include;Develop and manage Net Consulting’s full life cycle recruitment service (permanent and associate resources) Development and maintain a pipeline of candidates for permanent and contract rolesDevelopment and maintain company wide training and development plan Streamlining resourcing processes and procedures Working with the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver consistent branding and messaging Acting as point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters Implementing monitoring systems to ensure cost targets are met Proactively develop Net Consulting’s brand visibility to potential employees Building relationships with external recruitment partnersFiltering and shortlist CV\'s and applications Managing candidates contact before, during and after interviews Liaising with technical teams to develop consistent assessment materials Managing the resource demand pipeline Managing Professional Service and Managed Service resource allocations
