Having been with Deloitte Digital since joining as a graduate in 2013, I have cultivated a diverse skill set, blended across multiple domains. From technical development to functional, design & delivery roles. Since 2015 I have been fully embedded within and committed to the growth of the Belfast Design team, as well as evolving into a leader within the UX delivery & service design craft, particularly within the Public sector. As a senior leader in the firm, I ensure that I lead by example, championing a culture of excellence - as a team delivering user-centre led design for our clients, as well as promoting a healthy work-life balance.
