ABOUT FIONA YOUNG PEARSON

I am a senior leader in healthcare innovation and research with a track record of building, developing and managing teams to effectively blend analytical rigor with pragmatism whilst solving complex problems. I have extensive experience of providing strategic oversight to projects that communicate and deliver impactful, quantitative and qualitative data-driven, insights in response to stakeholder needs. I trained as a methodologist and have worked across sectors including academia, policy, payer, and consultancy.I have successfully developed and implemented strategies (including for AI) to enhance quality, operational efficiency, organisational performance, business development and growth.
