OmniChannel Appointment Booking:* Responsible for leading an onshore and offshore cross-functional agile development team to build and optimise the appointment booking journeys for instore and Virtual services which were delivered at pace in response to COVID-19 Managing stakeholders to prioritise and align internal initiatives as well as foundational work. Responsible for the appointment booking strategy, roadmap and creating a backlog based on hypotheses. Promoting customer-centric, hypothesis-driven development supported by research and testing and close working relationship with Data and Insight team. Translating the vision in close collaboration with UX into User Stories and ACs. Setting OKRs based on key business metrics and reporting on progress to leadership teams and wider business stakeholders. Embedding lean practices and design thinking into both product discovery and development.
