Establish strong working relationships with internal customers, providing regular updates on resourcing progress in their area of responsibility• Understanding business needs and responding to requests for resourcing support. Proactively engaging with business management to understand likely future demand patterns in their area.• Ensuring that our customers understand the recruitment process and provide guidance and support throughout.• Verify, probe and challenge content of job and person specifications for assigned vacancies to ensure accuracy.• Transform content of job descriptions into compelling advertisements tailored to the advertising medium, making use of keywords to ensure they appear in appropriate searches. Ensure job advertisements accurately reflect business needs, core values and legal requirements• Advise customers on employment models, salary/rate information, market data and costs associated with the recruitment process• Provide advice on appropriate candidate sources and attraction media to attract both internal and external applicants. Undertake complex searches on a variety of media.• Ensure all applicants have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, regardless of the outcome of their application• Interpret candidate experience against job requisition, and interrogate and verify candidate experience to produce prequalified shortlists.• Take lead in conducting candidate screenings and interviews if necessary with hiring manager and HR teams. Closing out with both successful and unsuccessful candidates. Provide other support as appropriate throughout the selection process.• Proactively create pipelines of talent to meet future needs.• Responsible for ensuring candidate and vacancy data is correct and up to date and accurate.
