I have written and delivered hundreds of CPD accredited training programmes and allyship workshops around LGBTQ+ rights and experiences. My role involves visiting businesses across the country to deliver talks about the LGBTQ+ community in the UK, adapting every talk to each client\'s field. My aim is to create a positive working environment for all LGBTQ+ people, whoever they are, wherever they work. Managing regional and national events and conferences, including SAYiT\'s LGBTQ+ History Month festival and our 25th Anniversary event.
