I currently head up the Talent Centre of competence and I am responsible for leading the strategic agenda across the UK & I Market covering over 8,500 employees across multiple Categories and functions on talent Acquisition (including our early careers Academy cohort), leadership, talent, inclusion and belonging, learning and development and HR communications. Sitting on the HR leadership team and reporting in to the HRD, our key aim is to attract, develop and retain our people to ensure that they can be their best self and thrive in our organisation. Leading the team to use data and insight to drive the market people strategy, innovate, challenge and influence the organisation ensuring we have the right people in the right roles with the right capabilities and mindset for today and tomorrow in order to drive the company agenda.
