Fiona Marshall is an accomplished business leader and C‑level director with over thirty years’ experience across the life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, FMCG, and defense sectors. She has held senior executive and board roles including CEO, Managing Director, Chair, Non‑Executive Director, and Scientific Advisor, bringing extensive expertise in board governance, regulatory oversight, corporate compliance, and strategic leadership. Fiona has a strong track record of business restructuring, succession planning, capital and grant fundraising, and guiding organisations through periods of growth and change. Her board experience spans both executive and non‑executive positions, where she is recognised for her pragmatic approach, sound judgement, and ability to balance innovation with robust governance and risk management.Alongside her leadership and governance strengths, Fiona combines deep technical credibility with a collaborative, people‑focused leadership style.
