ABOUT FIONA LOGAN
What drives me most is having a positive impact and making a difference to others. These values have been instilled in me from my first volunteering experience back in 2012, supporting individuals with additional needs. Since then, I have continued to fulfil my passions through caring for adults with dementia, children with disabilities, and patients in a hospital setting, in addition to the completion of two degrees. My university experience exposed me to clinical research for the first time, and since then, I have never looked back. I am approaching five years of clinical trial experience, at both site and CRO level. During this time, I have developed a strong skill set covering multiple aspects of trial management and logistics including clinical operations, vendor management, HR management, budget creation, maintenance and forecasting, supply management and courier logistics. I have had the pleasure of supporting clients across the biopharma and biotech industry, gaining experience in many therapeutic areas including oncology and rare disease. I thoroughly enjoy working in the dynamic environment of clinical trial management and navigating through challenges with a solution-focused mindset. Outside of my professional career, I enjoy family time, crafting with my Cricut, swimming and reading (although my Kindle book buying is getting out of hand now!).
