I joined the fiber optic telecoms industry nearly 20 years ago because I was excited by the possibilities and it hasn’t disappointed me yet. I came to CommScope by way of the BNS acquisition 5 years ago and now have the opportunity to work for the no 1 global provider of communication technology. How great is that! Whilst you may not have heard of CommScope I can absolutely guarantee that your devices, home phone (who has those nowadays), iPhone, iPad or Home Internet is being enabled by a CommScope product.Currently leading the Global HR Business Partner team that supports our Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing organizations, working for CommScope has given me the opportunity to work on a global platform alongside a wealth of highly talented HR and business professionals. My passion is building teams that deliver high quality results linked to the business strategy.
