RATP Dev on Metrolink, Serco on Cal Mac Ferries, Riyadh Metro Bid, Qatar Metro and Tram bids Led the operational and HR workstreams for the mobilisation of the Bahrain Public Transport Company, a joint venture with National Express Interim Director of Business Change at Phones 4U accountable for the delivery of an extensive business change portfolio and £30m transformational change programme.
