A Supply Chain leader with a passion to support and develop Supply Chain talent, and drive meaningful transformation in delivery of a future-fit Supply Chain organisation. In addition to several years experience leading functional and operational supply chain teams to deliver tangible improvements and value, I have led a number of significant global change initiatives. These include the deployment and implementation of Integrated Business Planning, design and implementation of a regional integrated Supply Chain service team, and the design and implementation of a global-regional integrated Supply Chain organisation. Strong business acumen, clear conviction that our people are key to success, a focus on process and business partnerships, and a desire to enable Supply Chains to achieve their true potential, has been key to delivering success on these transformational initiatives.
