Fiona began their career as an HR generalist in the UK and holds multiple qualifications, including MCIPD, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Management, APMG Change Management Practitioner, and AIHR Organizational Development certification. Outside of work, they dedicate time as a volunteer Puppy Educator for ADA and is the owner / creator of a successful dog bakery business, reflecting their commitment to community and development in all aspects of life.
