I’ve always thrived in fast-paced, people-centered environments, which made a career in public policy a natural fit. Today, I serve as a Senior Policy Analyst for the Delaware State Senate Majority Caucus, where I help transform complex issues into legislation that makes Delaware a fairer, safer, and more equitable place to live.Originally from New York, I completed my B.A. in Public Policy and M.P.A. in just four-and-a-half years before beginning my career in Legislative Hall as a Legislative Fellow. Since then, I’ve worked across four legislative sessions to advance comprehensive policy, leading research, legislative strategy, and bill development across issues that shape opportunity, equity, and quality of life for Delawareans.I’ve had the privilege to work on landmark bills involving reproductive justice, race and gender equity, long-term care protections, victim rights, education access, economic stability, and public safety. I’m driven by work that improves real lives, builds fairer systems, and turns community needs into policy solutions that expand rights and dignity.
