A passionate, dedicated and resilient leader with 17 years experience in financial services. Prolonged career as a National standard competitive swimmer, current member of the 4 x 200m world, European and British record breaking team and 5th fastest 30-34yrs 400m freestyle in the world ranking. Current Ex-Officio role holder for COO. Currently a security, resilience & privacy expert, leading a centre of expertise of 150 colleagues on and offshore. We always strive to deliver the best security solutions, technology investments and resilience strategies to ensure excellent colleague and customer outcomes for Consumer Relationships. Complex problem solving and simple solutions is forefront of my mind, ensuring security and data quality are fit for purpose and process enhancements and automation is delivered where necessary. My role requires wide spread stakeholder management including central functions, other business unit leaders and, CIO, COOs and business and technology Platforms. Building relationships and creating synergies are the best part of my role! Outside of work you’ll find me walking for miles, training in the gym and pool most days and indulging in a glass of something cold with friends and family.
