With over 100 programmes and projects delivered, I’ve learned the importance of carrying lessons forward and continuously improving how the next initiative is shaped and run.My experience includes leading a £50m enterprise portfolio with 80 percent delivered on time, recovering underperforming programmes through clearer governance and alignment, and building PMO capabilities that strengthen delivery discipline and measurable outcomes. At the core of my work is a simple belief. Enterprise Portfolio Management is about focusing on the right work at the right time and creating the conditions for teams to deliver consistently and with confidence.
