I am a director at Hicks Baker and I am dedicated to the retail and leisure market; my expertise is wide ranging and includes Lettings, sales, mixed use Developement, retail investment advice and sales, tenant mix advice, retail strategy, asset enhancement, acquisition - all for a variety of clients from substantial fund management organisations to individual private investors. The range of properties have included single shops; large stores; shopping centres; out of town retail; district parades and mixed use redevelopments.I also produce regular Retail Market Commentaries and articles on the retail sector and have chaired retail sessions for conferences for the Leisure Property Forum and UK Property Forum.As a result of having bought a pub personally in recent times, and redeveloped it for mixed use, I will also include that in my list of skills!In a previous business life I have been a land buyer and worked for Berkshire County Council.
