ABOUT FIONA BECKER
An experienced Sustainability and Environmental professional, with over 20 years experience in the field of environmental management, compliance, EIA, planning and more recently sustainability. Sectors range from renewables (onshore/ offshore wind, tidal, battery storage and solar); gas storage, water and wastewater; and waste management. Environmental Management covering environmental risks & controls, environmental processes and procedures, compliance, auditing, training and awareness and supply chain engagement. Prior to this I spent over 10 years working in Project Development covering Planning Consents, Permitting and Environmental Impact Assessments for a range of developments. Sustainability reporting, developing and implementing sustainability strategies for emissions reduction, circular economy and integration of UN Sustainability Goals. Experienced in Leadership via the management of both Project and Environmental Teams. Chartered Environmentalist, full member of IEMA and CIWEM. Member of the IEMA West steering group, a role which helps promote environmental issues to the IEMA West membership.
