As Inclusion Officer, I lead initiatives to make Lore Society events more accessible and welcoming for all students. I developed practical inclusion frameworks, including accessibility checklists and collaborated with the committee to embed inclusive practices across event planning and outreach. My work focuses on fostering belonging, increasing participation, and ensuring diverse voices are represented in society activities.
