I am an experienced specialist family law solicitor, family mediator, family arbitrator and collaborative family lawyer, who specialises in all areas of family law, in particular more complex medium to high net worth financial cases (including those involving businesses, inherited assets, farms and family owned or controlled assets/trusts), pre-nuptial deeds and same sex marriage/ civil partnership breakdowns. I am the only Chambers Tier 1 ranked family lawyer in the Derby area. I am a Resolution Accredited Specialist Family Lawyer as well as a Resolution Accredited Mediator, a Practitioner Member of the Law Society\'s Family Mediation Panel, a Resolution trained Collaborative Lawyer and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I am also a Deputy District Judge with a Private Family ticket enabling me to hear Private Law Family cases.
