Liaise with freight forwarders and hauliers to organise the export of finished goods both globally, as well as domestic UK wide transport. I arrange the export of goods to many overseas markets, including the EU, Middle East, USA, Australia, and Aisa. •Arrange transport and liaise with suppliers for the importation of raw materials into the UK manufacturing operation from overseas suppliers, including providing instructions for import customs clearance. •Producing the letter of instruction (LOI) to customs clearance agents for both exports and imports. I produce customs clearance instructions for both permanent and temporary exports and imports, which includes exports for regular customer orders, repairs and for trade shows. I make sure the correct CPC codes, and document codes are submitted to customs at export end import. •Organising drop shipments from overseas third-party manufacturers to customers both overseas and in the UK. •Producing commercial invoices and packing lists, ensuring that these documents are produced to a high standard with all information necessary for the export of goods to overseas markets. •Create Certificates of Origin, UK EUR1 and Arab-British Certificates of origin for exports to multiple destinations. •Where a Letter of Credit is required, I am responsible for ensuring that export documentation adheres to the requirements of the Letter of Credit.•Arranging transport and liaising with customers based on several different incoterms, including CPT, FCA, CIF, DAP and FOB.•Being part of the company’s business transformation team, which partners with Sharing in Growth to map out business processes to reduce waste and increase productivity.
