Hello! I’m Finni, a multidisciplinary designer specializing in mobile social experiences. In addition to my projects at Meta, I also have over 9 years of experience as a creative leader in mobile gaming. My unique background brings a balanced perspective to the team, and I often leverage cross-disciplinary fluency to streamline systems, create efficiencies, and develop new concepts. I understand how to balance business needs, user goals, production limitations, and creative vision, all while adapting to rapidly evolving technology.Pairing design with my background in molecular biology research, I solve problems by combining visual design with hands-on experience interpreting data and research methodology. Additional experience running my own e-commerce business amplifies my empathy for creators and small businesses, and I thrive in an environment with interdisciplinary collaboration to establish communication and success criteria.I’ve led and managed both internal and virtual distributed teams of up to 40 directs, and have supported both 0 to launch of net new products, as well as sustainable growth and innovation on live operations. My goal is to impact teams through systems design — from optimizing production for internal teams, to simple but creative and comprehensive systems for players — and create structure that empowers people to do their best work.
