Disruptive technologies have long been the forces that have reordered markets, setting society on a new trajectory. Historically, markets have dictated the fate of our natural environment, but the growing risks and uncertainties of climate change are poised to overturn that assumption. As climate variance continues to rewrite historical records, now is the time to engage with the technologies that will be shaping our markets and planet for the better. I have focused my career on the strategies and pathways through which these technologies can reach the market and generate their full impact. A lifetime traveler, I moved from Australia to work on my family\'s fifth generation cattle ranch in one of Colorado\'s smallest towns. Stationed on the Great Plains, the site of one of our planet\'s worst environmental disasters, these grasslands still bear the scars of the Dust Bowl nearly 100 years later. This grassland continues to fight drought, desertification and native biodiversity loss. Effects that have been accelerated by the impacts of climate change; aquafers running dry, record wildfires and the increasing pressures of large corporations.A graduate of Middlebury College’s Environmental Economics program, I focused on the intersection of science and business in emerging technologies. With a firm belief that the innovation economy has the potential to drive a cleaner future at scale, I have involved myself in startups and companies benefitting the planet.

   Working as a Rotational Associate at Silicon Valley Bank, I have gained hands-on experience across the innovation economy — supporting teams lending to early and growth-stage startups in Climate Tech & Sustainability, Biopharma & Diagnostics, and Corporate Loan Restructuring.I developed strong financial analysis and credit structuring skills, working on complex deal evaluations, portfolio assessments, and risk mitigation strategies. My experience spanned the full venture lifecycle — from early-stage startups seeking growth capital to later-stage companies navigating liquidity or restructuring events. Analyzing business models, capital structures, and market dynamics across diverse sectors, deepening my understanding of how innovative companies scale and sustain value creation.This role has strengthened my ability to bridge financial rigor with venture insight — combining analytical depth, strategic thinking, and a passion for supporting the entrepreneurs driving the future of technology and sustainability
