Graduate Site Engineer involved in the delivery of a large-scale build-to-rent development at Sweet Street, comprising three concrete frame blocks (11–15 storeys) and 452 apartments with extensive resident amenities. My role includes supporting site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring quality and safety standards, and assisting in the delivery of sustainable, energy-efficient apartments rated EPC B or above. The project also incorporates smart technologies and renewable energy systems, and will support over jobs post-completion.
