ABOUT FINN CHRISTENSEN

Dedicated and customer-focused crew member who brings the same discipline, teamwork, and resiliencelearned on the football field to every shift. Experienced in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and handling cash transactions all while supporting smooth, efficient team operations with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. I spent four years deeply committed to high school football, where our team culture was built around a simple but powerful motto: E/T — Effort and Toughness. That motto wasn\'t just something we said it was something we lived. Whether it was 5 a.m. lifts, full-contact practices in the heat, orpushing through pain on game day, we were expected to give everything we had mentally and physically every single day. Through that, I learned how to show up consistently, how to lead by example, and how to fight through adversity without making excuses. We won two state championships, but the real win was the growth I experienced as a teammate and person. The culture taught me that success is earned through sacrifice, trust, andrelentless effort. I carry that same mindset into every role I take on show up, work hard, stay tough, and always have your team\'s back. My involvement in DECA also helped me build leadership, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills, which complement my team-first mentality and give me a strong foundation in both business and personal growth.
