I still follow the same principles I learned on the living room floor: • Read the (Fricken) Manual — understand the pieces(data/process/goal) before you build. • Innovate when the manual doesn’t work — “how it’s always been done” isn’t a strategy. • Simplify — complexity doesn’t equal clarity or beauty. Today, I lead a powerhouse in-house team at Bank of Colorado, overseeing marketing across a tri-state footprint—Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. We modernize legacy systems, craft purpose-driven messaging, and build marketing that actually matters.Outside of work, you’ll find me volunteering in the community, petting every dog I see, or on some outdoor adventure (usually involving a tangled fly line or chasing par).I build at the intersection of Insight.
