Hey, I\'m Fin I moved from Jo’burg to the UK at 19 and started out as a Personal Trainer at PureGym. After some time, I shifted into recruitment, joining Hays on a Contract IT desk. I worked my way up to Senior Consultant, earned my CIPD Level 3 Diploma – and then Elements reached out.At Elements, I partnered with DAZN as a Talent Acquisition Partner, helping build teams delivering sports content to 8M+ users worldwide. When Elements had to hibernate much of the team, I looked for a new challenge – and joined TeslaAt Giga Berlin, I focused on supporting the scaling of our IT teams. After a promotion to Senior Recruiter, I briefly led hiring for Finance, HR, and Legal before joining our EMEA Energy & Supercharging team.
