Typical Role Duties- Carry out lightship surveys and inclining experiments- Conduct various vessel inspections, including: pre-purchase, condition and damage inspections- Provide new-build vessel assurance & quality supervision- Vessel construction & technical refit management- Support directors with technical project background and enquiry data/proposals.Project Specific Experience- Two 26m CTV New-Build Supervision [UK Built] o Regular shipyard visits to liase with construction & installation teams. o Coordination between relvant build subcontractors. o Liase with vessel designers, machinery suppliers, Class and Flag deligates to overcome challenges. o Conduction of statutory & systematic vessel sea-trials, whilst assessement & review against owner requirements- Offshore Wind Port Redevelopment [USA] o Work-package management of multiple site-dependant scopes of work. o Execute the defined procurement process, developing design scopes into contracted work-packages. o Advise and review with client the site design strategy.
