As a systems engineer at MBDA, I work to take defence solutions all the way through the product lifecycle, making sure decision-making and strategy is consistent throughout. Beyond the technical side, I also involve myself in ED & I projects, allowing everyone to perform in high-functioning teams and to encourage psychological safety in the workplace.My long-term goal? I was inspired to pursue a career in leadership when I took the role of project manager at my university\'s Formula Student team, and fell in love with mentoring others to operate at their best.
