ABOUT FINDLAY HILCHIE

I’m a partnership and growth leader with a focus on building scalable teams, deep partner ecosystems, and communities that actually mean something. My career has spanned startups, scale-ups, and service firms — always with an eye on long-term value, strong relationships, and a culture that supports both people and performance. At Cloudloop, I serve as Head of Partnerships and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, where I help shape company direction, drive growth strategy, and support our people. I also launched Cloudloop Academy, an 8-week course designed to give new talent hands-on Salesforce consulting and discovery skills — part of our 1% community pledge. Previously at Arctiq, I managed partner sales efforts across Cloudflare, AWS, Snyk, Lacework, and Dynatrace, helping grow Arctiq’s presence in both Canadian and U.S. markets and aligning our services with key application security and cloud partners. Earlier in my journey at OpenWater, I helped stand up an internal consulting department tailored to upmarket clients with complex enterprise needs. That meant translating high-touch client requirements into scoped solutions, building internal processes, and supporting delivery that exceeded expectations. We moved the organization upmarket while still staying nimble — something I still strive for today. Along the way, I’ve worked on exit planning, helped scale teams, run marketing campaigns, coached staff, and pushed for the kind of environment I’ve always wanted to work in. I hold strong opinions loosely, lead with curiosity, and believe that great partnerships — internal and external — are how everything moves forward.
